By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access and manage your Google Business Profile data as per your actions. You may revoke this access anytime.
You agree not to misuse the platform, automate spam, impersonate businesses, submit fraudulent content, or upload prohibited material. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.
Paid features may follow monthly or yearly billing cycles. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for Google API outages, business listing suspension by Google, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. You may delete your account anytime from your dashboard.
All content, UI design, logos, branding, and software used in GooglePanel are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
GooglePanel uses Google Business Profile APIs only for features explicitly requested by users. We do not store or use user data beyond what is necessary for the functioning of the service. Users may disconnect Google access at any time within their dashboard. We fully adhere to Google's User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
