At GooglePanel, we take data protection seriously. This page explains how we securely handle user data, Google OAuth tokens, and Google Business Profile information in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use Requirements.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in our database using strong AES encryption.
• Tokens are never logged, exported, or visible to any unauthorized personnel.
• Only encrypted tokens are processed by backend server scripts for syncing GBP data.
• No employee or team member has access to user data unless strictly required for support.
• All administrative access is logged and monitored.
• We never manually access any user’s Google Business Profile data.
GooglePanel strictly adheres to Google’s Limited Use Policy:
• Google Business Profile data is used only for core features like
location syncing, review management, insights, and post publishing.
• We do NOT use Google data for ads, analytics, profiling, or selling.
• We do NOT transfer data to any third party except essential service providers
(hosting, email delivery) required to run the platform.
• We do NOT use Google data to build user profiles or cross-app analysis.
• All data between user and server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS 1.2+.
• No insecure HTTP endpoints exist on our platform.
• We only store data required for core functionality.
• Users can request account deletion at any time.
• When an account is deleted, all Google tokens and associated data are permanently erased.
• Users can revoke Google access anytime from:
Google Account Permissions
• Users can request manual data deletion via our support email.
• Users can disconnect connected Google accounts any time from their dashboard.
We only use trusted infrastructure services such as hosting, databases, and email providers. None of these services access Google Business Profile data.
